Description
Audio recording of performances made by Thomas Hrynkiw during his 1962-1963 concert season at Wilkes College, featuring performances such as the Cesar Franck Symphonic Variations, the Mendelssohn Capriccio Brilliante op.22, with Ferdinand Liva conducting. He was a student of Ann Liva, of the Wilkes College Music Faculty, on full scholarship.
In Wilkes-Barre he was soloist and accompanist for the Apollo Club, the Concordia Singing Society, and the Wilkes-Barre Ballet Guild of which he was also musical director. He has appeared as accompanist with leading ballet companies in the East, with many performances in New York City and Philadelphia.
