Description

This is a collection of Audio Recordings from music festivals, performances, and shows written, sung, and directed by Wilkes College musicians. Many of the festivals featured were part of intercollegiate band festivals and competitions, that featured Wilkes College students as well as other Pennsylvanian colleges.

One recording, Man Against the Sky, was written and co-directed by William "Bill" Crowder and Alfred S. Groh. Crowder was the first African American student to graduate from Wilkes College in 1955.
