This is Wilkes University's Beacon Newspaper collection, 1947-present. We also have digitized copies of the Beacon's predecessors, The Bucknell Bison Stampede, 1934-1935 and The Bucknell Beacon, 1936-1947 June. It should be noted that Wilkes University does not have a complete set of issues for the Bucknell Bison Stampede and Bucknell Beacon. For researchers who are interested in seeing the complete issues for these publications, please contact Bucknell University's Special Collections Department.

Professor Emeritus Harold Cox digitized the collection from 1934-1970 and created a legacy website. Digital Archives student John Jenkins digitized the collection from 1970-present.
